With the bare pickings we find on the grocery shelves during this new period of outbreak and social distancing, it is important to have meals that will not only satisfy your families bellies but also your wallet. Creating an effortless and delicious meal is as simple as two ingredients and some time (which we all seem have at the moment).

What You'll Need
One 4 - 5 lb Pork Shoulder Picnic
Two Bottle of Root Beer
One Crock Pot
How to Cook
Remove Pork Shoulder from packaging and place into Crock Pot.
Pour your Root Beer on the Pork Shoulder - Making sure all meat is saturated.
Set your Crock Pot on Low Heat for 8-9 Hours - (Tip: For faster cooking set Crock Pot to High and cook for 5-6 hours).
After meat is tender and has an internal temperature of 165 Degrees, turn off heat and drain.
Remove any bone, excess skin/fat from your Pork Shoulder.
Pull/shred the Pork Shoulder apart using two forks.
You may add your favorite BBQ Sauce or any additional garnishes
Ready to Serve.
This meal makes about 10 servings (5 oz).
